Clerical Unit
Supporting the Clubhouse through daily office work and teamwork.
Office Skills That Support the Clubhouse
The Clerical Unit manages the daily office and record-keeping tasks that support the clubhouse. Members work together on activities such as operating office equipment, handling phone calls, and support each other in learning and using the computer and its software.
Members also create and share the clubhouse’s daily and quarterly newsletters, monthly calendar, and monthly menu. Additionally, they take care of bookkeeping, photocopying, attendance records, filing, and prepare materials for meetings, activities, or events.
Through these activities, members gain confidence and build valuable skills in organization, teamwork, communication, and technology while contributing to their clubhouse community.
